01How fast can I get a certificate of insurance?
Usually the same day — often within a couple of hours — once your policy is in force and we know who the certificate holder is. Send us the contract requirements and we'll make the certificate match exactly.
02Can you add my client or landlord as an additional insured?
Yes. Tell us who needs to be named and whether they require additional insured status, and we'll add the endorsement and reflect it on the certificate. Some endorsements can affect your premium; we'll be upfront about that.
03Do certificates cost extra?
Standard certificates are typically issued at no extra charge once you have an active policy with us. We'd rather you never lose a deal over paperwork.
04What if my contract has specific insurance requirements?
Send them to us before you sign. We'll confirm your coverage actually meets the limits and endorsements the contract asks for — so you're not scrambling to adjust later.
