Exclusion

An exclusion is something your policy specifically does not cover, spelled out in the policy language. Common examples include floods, normal wear and tear, or intentional acts. Knowing your exclusions tells you where your protection stops.

Why it matters

Understanding exclusions up front helps Utah policyholders avoid surprises and fill gaps with extra coverage when needed.
